 Lyons Will Estate offers a gorgeous new cellar door for an award winning tasting experience, complete with full-glass walls to take in the breath taking atmosphere. Lyons Will specializes in a range of wines, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Gamay, but the star of the show is the Rieslings - the 2022 Riesling winning Best Riesling of Show at the recent Victorian Wine show. Lyons Will takes pride in the making everything by hand, and living true to their ethos to ‘look after the vines and the vines will look after the wine’ - let the delicious fruit show through into honest and delightful wines.

Hesket Estate is a multi-award winning boutique winery that prides itself in
delivering the highest quality of fine wine experience.

In the estate lies an old shearing shed which magically transformed to a glass-walled cellar door. This enables guests to enjoy the estate scenery with stunning views of the vineyard, adding to their wine tasting experience.

Hesket Estate is proudly family-owned by Alex and Elizabeth since the 1990's. Their distinctive delicious Sparkling, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Heathcote Shiraz are not to be missed!

Open 11.00am-4.30pm Saturdays and Sundays. 

 Cleveland Winery and Luxury Accommodations offers comfortable country accommodation, tranquil vineyards, dramatic undulating landscapes and delicious local food and wine - a great place to begin and end your experience through the Macedon Ranges. Journey down to Cleveland's unique underground cellar and enjoy a one of a kind experience and satisfy your taste buds. The Carriage House Restaurant offers a chance for a delicious meal paired with beautiful views of the winery - the restaurant is open 12-3pm, bookings are essential.

 With award-winning wines & Red 5 Star awards from James Halliday, there is nothing like Hanging Rock Winery. Established in 1983, HRW is located in the heart of Newham with breathtaking views, classic art sculptures and boutique wine tasting bar. Keep a lookout for their most popular and scrumptious Sparkling Brut Rose, Jim Jim Three and Cambrian Rise Shiraz.

  A trip through Macedon Ranges would not be complete without a taste of world-class gins at Big Tree Distillery. Located on Jack Springs Farm, Big Tree's gins are crafted with the finest ingredients including locally grown botanicals and fresh rainwater. The ingredients are then distilled in their copper still resulting in a beautifully clean and smooth spirit.

Holgate Brewhouse is by far one of the most famous craft breweries in Melbourne and Victoria.  Established in 1999, Paul and Tash Holgate have successfully built their family-owned craft beer empire from scratch. Don’t miss their historic brewpub hotel, taproom, and restaurant.

 From the ashes of the old Lancefield brewery that left the local area lost without a beer to call their own since 1898, now the brewery is lost no more. Lost Watering Hole offers a range of 100% naturally brewed beer, without any nasty preservatives, while still delivering a delightfully flavoursome taste. The beautiful big dining room offers a delicious range of brewhouse favourites to eat and tastings for your enjoyment - it does get quite busy so definitely book early.

 Double Oak Estate offers a delightful combination of boutique cool-climate winery with elegant wines and truffle plantation with winter black truffles under French oak saplings. A passionate family estate, Double Oaks provides a structured and elegant wine that reflect the coldest wine region in Australia. Double Oak Estate offers live music from 1pm on Sundays - adding to the cosy cellar door and outdoor alfresco tasting experience.

 The historical Parkside homestead and farm, established in 1860, now offers boutique hand crafted wines in a picturesque environment with breath taking country views. Known for Sparkling, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, their 2016 Vintage Sparkling was awarded the trophy for the best sparkling in the Macedon Ranges wine region in 2022. Parkside offers a range of gourmet pizzas and Daylesford Picnic Boxes containing 100% locally sourced nibbles - book ahead to ensure you get yours!
